It was my boyfriends step-dad's 60th birthday the other week, and when they got home from a celebratary holiday, we tottered over to take them out for dinner. Birthday Boy Ron has an amazing Wurlitzer jukebox in his lounge, so I decided to create an edible version for him to enjoy as much, if not more, than the original. It couldn't play records, but then the jukebox doesn't have a buttercream filling.
So...here we have a picture of the jukebox in all its glory:

I had so much fun putting this cake together, and looking through my parents record collection for some 45's to put in the pictures! Ron was delighted with the cake when we went over, and it was really nice to have something a bit special to give him for his birthday.
